Our warehouse staff are highly educated to pack your items precisely according to the specifications we provide. Your goods will go through an exhaustive inspection and properly secured before they are delivered. We ship to thousands of customers every day from all over the world. Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a processing date in accordance with the item.

We will carefully examine all items before sending. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.

Returns

Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual inventory can be changed at any time. It is possible that the stock may run out after your order has been placed.

The policy is 30 days. If you have passed 30 days without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in good condition and in the same condition as you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging.
